DESPATCH

This website lists our entire range – it is not linked to our stock system. If you would like to check the availability of any items before ordering please call the office or get in touch via the Contact Us page.

Brake kits and Bespoke discs

All brake kits and Bespoke discs are manufactured to order at our facility in Northern Italy. Typically, we require 5-7 days to do this. Certain options, such as colour anodising, may extend the assembly time in some cases. On completion of your build, the kit will be shipped to our UK office on the next available weekly consignment. Our shipments leave Italy every Tuesday and usually arrive in the UK on the following Monday. On arrival, your kit will be despatched to your chosen delivery address within 1-2 days. These items are typically delivered 2-3 weeks after ordering.

Brake discs, pads, hoses and fluid

Popular fast moving items are kept in stock and are despatched from our UK office. Orders received before 2pm will be shipped the same day. Items that are not in stock at our UK office will be shipped from our Italian facility on the next available weekly consignment. Our shipments leave Italy every Tuesday and usually arrive in the UK on the following Monday. On arrival, your order will be despatched to your chosen delivery address within 1-2 days. 

DELIVERY TO THE UK

Orders being delivered within the UK will be despatched with Parcelforce using their next day service. Text message updates are provided by Parcelforce to those customers who provide mobile phone numbers during checkout.

DELIVERY TO EUROPE

Orders being delivered within Europe will be despatched with Parcelforce and delivered by their partner courier GLS. Tracking updates are sent via email as the parcel passes through the network. If you would like to track your parcel manually using the GLS website please contact us for the parcel number after your order has been despatched.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for detailed information. Customs, import duties (if any) and local taxes are assessed when the package arrives in your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

VAT & Import duty

VAT is automatically removed during checkout for orders delivered to the Channel Islands and outside of the European Community. VAT cannot be removed for deliveries within the European Community.

Some countries may charge you import tax for certain items. If you have any queries regarding this then please contact your local tax office who should be able to assist you further. Unfortunately TAROX cannot advise on import tax and duty enquiries.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return unopened and undamaged items to us. We will refund you with the amount you paid for that item.

All we ask is that you inform us by email or phone and return the product within 14 working days from the day after receipt. We will send you a return address. Write the return address on the outside of the packaging, and then return the product to us at your expense in unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality) for a full refund less carriage charges. We recommend using an insured delivery service.

Returns must be made within 14 working days of delivery.

You should allow up to 21 days from receipt by us of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
